Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary:

3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, articulating the value proposition and differentiating our offerings from competitors.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, leveraging this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
10. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
4. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
9. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
