- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and payroll software proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices.
- Proficient in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Certification as a Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
